Web Solutions Consultant
The Web Solutions Consultant at Tapp Network is a strategic and analytical expert with a proven track record of shaping and executing data-driven strategies that drive measurable impact. This role requires deep expertise in data analytics, emerging technologies, and digital transformation to optimize web solutions, digital marketing efforts, and client offerings.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive data solutions strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set objectives for data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional development within the data solutions team.
Advanced-Data and Analytics Management
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced SEO strategies, ensuring Tapp Network remains an industry leader in this space.
- Spearhead the innovation and enhancement of Google Analytics, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools to meet complex client needs.
- Lead the design and execution of technical solutions to track client-specific KPIs and other critical data metrics.
Hosting and Web Subscription Oversight
- Provide strategic oversight for managed hosting services, ensuring high standards of uptime, security, and performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of a scalable hosting newsletter and reporting framework.
- Establish and maintain robust protocols for website migrations and hosting-related diagnostics.
Solutions Architecture
- Architect innovative solutions that balance efficiency and effectiveness for client digital needs.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and technical teams to deliver advanced-tier custom work that exceeds client expectations.
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies to solve complex challenges in projects such as BuddyBoss implementations and landing page designs.
Process Optimization and Quality Assurance
- Establish a strategic vision for Tapp Network's QA processes, ensuring mobile responsiveness, global styling, and other key quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Create a structured framework to ensure error detection and resolution is proactive and efficient.
Knowledge Base Development
- Lead the creation and continual enhancement of internal and external knowledge bases, ensuring resources remain up-to-date and highly accessible.
- Advocate for knowledge sharing across departments, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in back-end web development and digital marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in SEO, data analytics, and solutions architecture.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership in a marketing or technology-driven environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, hosting environments, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale hosting environments or enterprise-level data solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and predictive analytics.
