Digital Designer
Join our growing team at Tapp Network as a part-time Digital Designer in the Creative department!
Tapp Network is a purpose-driven digital transformation agency founded in 2012 by Joe DiGiovanni and Kyle Barkins in Wilmington, Delaware. Tapp was established to bridge the gap between large corporations and mission-driven organizations, including nonprofits and government agencies, by providing advanced marketing technology and digital solutions to help their clients grow. The Digital Designer is a vital part of the success of Tapp Network.
In the Digital Designer role, you will be using Adobe Creative Suite apps, Figma, Canva, etc. to create and edit graphics, layouts, templates, and mockups for clients and team projects under the direction of leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design Work and Deadlines: Work with management to ensure design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Format and Proof (Quality Control): Format, proof files, and check for errors, typos, and inconsistencies, then send to management for review of materials before projects are complete.
- Follow workflow and timeline: Follow workflows and timelines to ensure projects progress on time.
- Prepare digital/print-ready files: Share with leadership digital/print-ready files and packages for deployment.
- Organize and archive: Organize and archive designs, fonts, and other elements within Google Drive folders for easy access to aid in future projects. Must follow Tapp naming conventions for all files.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar field; a Bachelor degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in creating and editing graphics, layouts, templates, and mockups in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience tracking time accurately on a weekly basis
- Proficient experience using Adobe Creative Suite apps, Figma, and Canva
- Ability to work in a remote environment where you manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Team player with a high attention to detail

- Prior experience using ClickUp
- Prior experience using HubSpot
