Senior HubSpot Solutions Manager

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals to align marketing automation strategies accordingly
- Marketing Automation Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their marketing technology needs and design tailored strategic solutions
- Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless execution
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with clients' overall business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on the use of automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze marketing automation campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with clients to refine strategies, A/B test campaigns, and enhance overall performance
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure coordinated efforts and successful client outcomes
- Provide insights to product development teams based on client feedback and market trends
- Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on marketing automation tools and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client queries and challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent HubSpot experience on all HubSpot Hubs
- 7+ years in digital marketing
- Thorough understanding of HubSpot data model and information architecture
- Extensive knowledge in marketing best practices and strategies
- Experience implementing HubSpot for custom solutions
- Active HubSpot Certifications for major hubs and onboarding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Account management experience is a plus
