Content Strategist

Responsibilities
- Create and execute client marketing materials such as email campaigns, website content, social media posts, print collateral, and event materials
- Understand our clients' goals and value propositions in order to create content that aligns with those goals
- Regularly review and optimize all marketing campaigns and multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to the client
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the clients’ digital channels and assets
- Ability to jump in and provide strategic feedback for clients whenever needed on a variety of tasks (websites, social content, new trends, what to do next, yearly plans and reports)
- Lead content ideas and strategy
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team and evaluate all ideas against consumer insights, research, the strategic framework, and the underlying client business need
- Strive to simplify the complicated for our clients and each other by exploring the business context, gathering insights, and establishing a clear ambition for each campaign and project
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Drive profitability for accounts by leveraging insightful financial analysis and proactive management techniques
- Strategically enhance the growth of account contracts with Tapp Network through meticulous analysis, collaborative relationship-building, and innovative financial strategies
- Cultivate a strong sense of ownership in making strategic decisions that consistently align with the best interests of Tapp Network and its clients
Qualifications
- 4+ years of social media agency side experience
- 3+ years client-facing experience
- You are an independent worker who does not need much supervision
- Effective time management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Meta experience (specifically media ad buys)
- Video editing experience
