Technical Account Manager
Are you a seasoned account manager looking for a new challenge? Tapp Network is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive impactful campaigns for our mission-driven clients.

Responsibilities
Website Management: Responsible for scoping, managing, and executing website development projects utilizing WordPress as the CMS. Proficient in Elementor and commonly used plugins such as Advanced Custom Fields, Gravity Forms, MemberPress, and BuddyPress to enhance functionality and user experience.
HubSpot Management: Extensive experience with HubSpot, including platform setup, user onboarding, workflow automation, CRM customization, and overall system optimization to support marketing, sales, and operational needs.
Digital Marketing & Technology Expertise: Has expertise in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leads innovation in adopting new technologies, and provides thought leadership in the digital marketing space.
Project Management: Leads complex projects with cross-functional teams, is an expert in project management methodologies, and mentors and coaches junior team members.
Digital Marketing & Technology Expertise: Has expertise in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leads innovation in adopting new technologies, and provides thought leadership in the digital marketing space.
Relationship Building: Fosters strategic partnerships with key clients, leads relationship-building initiatives, and serves as a mentor for relationship management.
Strategic Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develops and oversees organization-wide data strategies, implements predictive analytics for decision-making, and mentors others in data-driven decision-making.
Internal & External Collaboration: Establishes a culture of collaboration within the organization, improves internal and external communication processes, and mentors others on effective collaboration strategies.
Business Development & Customer Retention: Leads business development and sales strategies, develops long-term customer retention strategies, and serves as a key player in client relationship management.
Client Understanding & Advocacy: Serves as a strategic advisor to clients, advocates for clients at a strategic level, and anticipates and addresses client needs before they arise.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency-side experience
- 3+ years of experience in Web/HubSpot Account Management
- 3+ years of B2B experience
- History of retaining client relationships and increasing yearly retainers
- Strong communication, strategy, writing, and creative skills
- Highly organized with strong planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Nonprofit/fundraising experience
- HubSpot experience
