Senior Designer
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design? Tapp Network is looking for a Senior Designer to join our innovative team. If you have a flair for visual storytelling and can drive impactful design solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design websites and marketing campaigns (banner ads, emails, landing pages, etc.), as well as pitch decks, brochures, print, and event signage
- Create top-line messaging, headlines, and copy
- Multitask and execute multiple small, mid-sized, and large projects
- Understand and troubleshoot brand elements as they relate to digital design
- Accurately follow briefs and execute design projects, paying close attention to details
- Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and hand-offs
- Work collaboratively & and iteratively with our Creative Director, designers, developers, and account managers to execute and deliver a flawless end product
- Maintain best practices for web, digital design, social, and UI/UX design
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions, take charge and own the process when needed
- Meet deadlines
- Track time for billing and resource management
- Learn and use our processes and systems as instructed
- Meet directly with clients, listen to constructive feedback without offense, and balance their requests with positive and non-combative subject matter expertise
Qualifications
-
- 7-10 years of experience designing marketing campaigns
- 5+ years of experience in web/app design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio of strong work that showcases that experience
- Experience designing websites built with WordPress, JavaScript, etc.
- Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color)
- Experience in designing for mobile responsiveness
- A keen eye and up-to-date with current design best practices and technology
- A strong business sense, and understanding how designs affect the business
- Self-starter, someone who is dedicated to crafting and improving designs and processes
- Must be willing to work on a highly collaborative team and take clear direction from senior members of the team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized by nature
- Impeccable time management
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experienced with Figma
- Experience using responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or CSS grids
