KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Platform Management:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of HubSpot or other automation software and integrations with other tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
- Ensure that all platforms are optimally utilized, with all features and capabilities leveraged for client success.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with strategists and account managers to develop automation strategies that support client goals across different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement lead scoring models to enable better lead qualification processes and increased sales efficiency.
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a marketing campaign calendar in line with client content strategies and promotional schedules.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and tactics.
- Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities and automation, providing visibility to stakeholders.
Segmentation and Personalization:
- Manage and refine the segmentation of contact lists to target marketing efforts more effectively.
- Personalize messaging and content based on user behaviors, demographics, and engagement patterns.
Workflow and Process Design:
- Design and document efficient marketing and sales workflow processes to ensure best practices in lead management and routing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing automation strategies and other digital marketing efforts.
Training and Support:
- Provide ongoing training and support to the marketing team on using marketing automation platforms.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through the use of automation.
Compliance and Data Management:
- Ensure all marketing automation activities comply with privacy laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
- Oversee the management of database health, conducting regular audits to maintain data quality and GDPR compliance.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with marketing automation trends and best practices to keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Test and adopt new automation technologies and tactics to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of recent HubSpot experience on all HubSpot Hubs
- 7+ years in Digital Marketing
- Thorough understanding of HubSpot data model and information architecture
- Experience implementing HubSpot for custom solutions
- Completed all HubSpot HUB (marketing/sales/CRM/CMS) certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Account management experience is a plus
