Senior Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize and design websites and marketing campaigns (banner ads, emails, landing pages, etc.), as well as pitch decks, brochures, print, and event signage
  • Create top line messaging, headlines, and copy
  • Multitask and execute multiple small, mid-sized, and large projects
  • Understand and troubleshoot brand elements as they relate to digital design
  • Accurately follow briefs and execute design projects, paying close attention to details
  • Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and hand-offs
  • Work collaboratively & and iteratively with our Creative Director, designers, developers, and account managers to execute and deliver a flawless end product
  • Maintain best practices for web, digital design, social, and UI/UX design
  • Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions, take charge and own the process when needed

  • Track time for billing and resource management
  • Learn and use our processes and systems as instructed
  • Meet directly with clients, listen to constructive feedback without offense, and balance their requests with positive and non-combative subject matter expertise

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10 years of experience designing marketing campaigns
  • 4-year degree from college, university, or art school
  • Portfolio of strong work that showcases that experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing websites built with WordPress, JavaScript, etc.
  • Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color)
  • Experience in designing for mobile responsiveness 
  • A keen eye and up-to-date with current design best practices and technology

Senior Marketing Account Manager

Senior Marketing Account Manager (with proficiency in HubSpot)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring that their digital marketing and web strategies align with their goals and objectives
  • Build strong, healthy, and long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate expertise in HubSpot's CRM capabilities, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Management System (CMS)

Senior HubSpot Solutions Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Platform Management:

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of HubSpot  or other automation software and integrations with other tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Ensure that all platforms are optimally utilized, with all features and capabilities leveraged for client success.

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with strategists and account managers to develop automation strategies that support client goals across different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and implement lead scoring models to enable better lead qualification processes and increased sales efficiency.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and lead generation campaigns.

Senior Media Buyer and Planner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Media Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and budget
  • Leads internal planning meetings and participates in client meetings to present and answer questions related to digital strategies

Media Buying Execution:

  • Implement strategies across performance channels, including paid social (Meta), paid search (Google Grant, Google Ads, Bing), direct publishers, and programmatic media using a DSP like Tradedesk, StackAdapt, etc.
  • Hands on media buying in platform, executing campaigns in at least one channel: paid, display,  social, or programmatic advertising
  • Operate media buys on all social media platforms and ad networks depending on the client’s target audiences (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc. ) 
  • Oversee management of all paid search campaigns in Google Grant, Google Ads, and BingResearches, identifies, and evaluates audience modeling and segmentation strategies in all channels

Campaign Implementation:

  • Set up and launch paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, targeting parameters, and bid strategies

Vendor Negotiation and Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors to negotiate favorable terms and rates
  • Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal performance

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage media budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of media buying campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (client services, creative, production, finance) and external media partners to effectively manage and execute the development of digital marketing campaigns while working within agency internal processPrepares regular reports and presentations for clients and senior leadership, providing insights on performance, goals, progress and growth strategies

Market Research:

  • Researches, identifies, and evaluates emerging trends and technologies and lead the charge in developing internal capabilities, ensuring that the program is innovative and generates growth

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of experience with Media buying strategy (Direct Buys and Programmatic Buys)

Digital Marketing Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • QA blogs, social posts, emails, and videos
  • Research for potential storylines (and schedule them out)
  • Follow up with Investors / Businesses with published materials from the campaigns they support

QUALIFICATIONS:
