About the role of Senior Marketing Account Manager at Tapp Network

Are you a seasoned marketer looking for a new challenge? Tapp Network is seeking a Senior Marketing Account Manager to drive impactful campaigns for our mission-driven clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring that their digital marketing and web strategies align with their goals and objectives
  • Build strong, healthy, and long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate expertise in HubSpot's CRM capabilities, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Management System (CMS)
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for each account, utilizing your expertise in SEO, web design, social media ads, and social media management
  • Run web projects and work behind the scenes regarding web tasks
  • Take a hands-on approach by personally pitching ideas and leading significant client strategy sessions.
  • Achieve revenue growth of all accounts under management
  • Understand the client’s business and be prepared to represent the client internally at Tapp
  • Lead internal meetings and brainstorming sessions while actively ensuring the success of client marketing pitches, presentations, and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with our team of digital marketing specialists to execute and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive in their respective industries

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of agency-side experience
  • 5+ years of HubSpot experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Web/Marketing Account Management
  • 3+ years of B2B experience
  • Strong communication, strategy, writing, and creative skills
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nonprofit/fundraising experience
  • History of retaining clients and increasing yearly retainers

Compensation

$75,000-$90,000 - commensurate with experience.
